Meet Miles-Miles was in the Lancaster,CA shelter. His owner was in jail and poor Miles had sat at the shelter for many weeks and when the owner didn't get out they were going to put him to sleep. We got Miles pulled att he last minute and even though this is not a breed we normally pull how could we turn him down?  Miles is very active and loves to jump and needs a black wall fence. Miles is a dog that can go on long walks or a jog or hiking or to a dog park and spend some of his energy. He is great with female dogs and we are not sure yet on small dogs or cats. Joanna in Lancaster met someone at the shelter to help us pull him and he was so excited to get out of there he just jumped right in and was ready for the drive. He loves taking car rides and will sit and be a good boy and likes to look out of the window and every once in a while he will lean up and give you a quick smooch on the back of your neck. He is a very happy boy and enjoys rope toys and nylabones and kongs with peanut butter. Right now poor Miles is in boarding and we would love to see him in a foster home where he could have more attention and just relax a little bit and enjoy life. Miles is very easy going and while he can do the long walks he is okay with a small daily walk and just hanging out with his people.
