Update: Still seeking his forever home. Be ready to fall in love and break your heart, meet Blinky. He is one of the sweetest, most relaxed puppies you'll meet! He is half great dane and half english mastiff, but all heart. He came into rescue, extremely malnourished and we weren't sure if he was going to survive, but, like a champ, he pulled through! He is blossoming in his foster home with kids and dogs, though, this can be sometimes overwhelming with his special needs.

We are looking for a kind hearted person/family who can take him in and help him reach his full potential. He is learning touch training and is doing great with potty training in spite of his challenges. Being blind, it will take a great deal of patience and understasning to help this sweet soul navigate life, but an investment in him will become a lifelong reward. When he first arrived in rescue, he was completely blind and deaf, though now, he is showing signs of hearing some noises. He likely has mega esophagus as well, so that will need separate attention and managment, though it is something many dogs live quite happily with.
