Maxx is a Great dog and a volunteer fav! Maxx is very calm mellow and easy going dog. He is house trained and easy on a leash. We have not tested him with small dogs or cats. Kids older then 6 years is fine. He was surrendered after his female 4 legged buddy he lived with and himslf were able to get out of there yard.  After animal control was called and the owner received a couple of fines he surrendered his dogs rather then fix the wood fence. He is not a bolter or door dasher , he is a just a nice boy. He is non reactive around other dogs when they have bad manners. I can't say enough nice things about him.
